Delivery, Payment and Return Terms – VIBLY DESIGN

These terms apply to all digital products and bookable services offered in the online store.

2. Digital Products (e-books, Canva templates, design templates, brand cards)
2.1 Delivery
Digital products are delivered automatically after purchase via email or as a download link.
Delivery is immediate.
2.2 No Right of Return
Digital products are non-refundable, as delivery occurs instantly after the purchase.
By accepting the purchase terms, the customer confirms that they waive their 14-day right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (KSL 6:16).
2.3 Errors in Digital Products
If the download link does not work or the file is corrupted, we will correct the issue free of charge.

3. Services and Sparring Sessions
3.1 Bookings and Cancellations
A booking becomes binding immediately after the booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy:

More than 48 hours before: cancellation free of charge

Less than 48 hours before: 50% of the service price will be charged

Less than 24 hours before / no-show: 100% will be charged
3.2 Monthly Services (social media management)
Monthly contracts have a 30-day notice period.
Delivered content will not be refunded or credited.
4. Website Projects and Branding Packages
4.1 Project Workflow
Projects are planned together with the customer.
The customer agrees to provide all necessary materials within the agreed timeframe.
4.2 Cancellations / Interruptions
If the customer cancels or interrupts the project:

Completed work will be invoiced according to actual hours

Minimum charge: 30% of the total project price
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
5.1 Prices
All prices are visible on the website and online store.
Prices are subject to 25.5% VAT, unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment Methods
Online store payments are processed securely through Wix.
5.3 Payment Reminders
A payment reminder is sent 7 days after the due date.
Late fees and interest will be charged according to Finnish law.
6. Delivery Time
6.1 Digital Products
Delivered immediately after payment via email or direct download.
6.2 Services
Services are carried out at a mutually agreed time.
7. Complaints
Complaints must be made within 14 days of product delivery or service completion.

8. Limitation of Liability
Vibly Design is not responsible for:

disruptions caused by third-party services (e.g., Wix, Canva, email services)

errors resulting from customer-provided information

compatibility issues with the customer’s devices or software
Services are provided with professional care, but Vibly Design is not liable for the client’s business-related sales or financial outcomes.
9. Other Terms
Vibly Design reserves the right to update these terms.
