Experience in business development and development projects
I am familiar with business development from both an entrepreneur and an expert perspective. I have been involved in several Leader-funded business development projects, which have developed, for example, marketing, branding, websites, social media, services and company visibility.
I have also applied for and received development support for the development of my own company, so I am familiar with the development project process from an entrepreneur's perspective. In addition, I have experience in various projects and project work.
The development process can be carried out in Finnish, Swedish or English and remotely or on-site, depending on your company's needs.
My goal is to make development as concrete as possible: not just plans, but solutions and operating methods that remain in the company's use even after the project.
